Commitment Agreement*
- I agree that I am responsible for full payment of fees for the entire program or private session, regardless of whether I actually attend or complete classes, and regardless of whether I have selected to pay in a lump sum or payment plan. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all payments must be made on a timely basis.
Running Late and Running Over*
- I agree that my time and Cassie's time are both valuable. As such, if I am late for an appointment, my coaching time will still be deducted from the time our session was scheduled to start. On occasion, a session may run longer than what was scheduled in order to complete a process. If that occurs, the amount of time we run over will be deducted from my remaining coaching hours. On the other hand, if Cassie were to run late for an appointment, my coaching hours would not be "on the clock" until she is present and ready to begin our session.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy*
- I understand that cancellations and reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the amount of time scheduled for that appointment will be forfeited.
