Together, we will identify your specific goals – anything from gardening with less back pain, to running a 10K, to returning to your active lifestyle after an injury – and tailor a program to get you feeling great for spring.
With consistent practice of the Pilates method, you can expect to:
- Improve core strength, whole body strength, and tone.
- Experience improved posture, balance, strength, flexibility, and mental focus
- Develop good body mechanics
- Gain confidence and stability after an injury
- Improve athletic performance and control
For the investment of one private lesson 5-pack ($400), you will receive:
- Two (2) 15-minute phone consultations – one initial and one follow-up, and
- Up to 10 private lessons (must be completed within a 5-week period from your start date)
Availability is on a first come, first served basis, and the schedule will only support 3 participants in this program. If you have not already, please click here to reserve your lesson times. Please note:
- Private lessons will start at the designated time, and will run for 55 minutes
- Any schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled start time cannot be made up
- Your package is good for 5 weeks from your individual start date. Any lesson you schedule beyond that 5 weeks will be billed at our standard rate of $85 per lesson.
- Packages are non-refundable.
