For existing clients, your current package will be paused for the duration of the challenge, and all remaining sessions will be retained for use after the challenge completes. 

Cassie Nevitt has been helping clients feel centered, strong, and vibrant in their minds and bodies for the last 18 years.  As a classically trained Pilates instructor and certified Art of Feminine Presence© teacher, she combines a deep understanding of physical strength and vitality with proven physical and energetic practices to ignite her clients’ sense of unshakeability, certainty, clarity, groundedness, and magnetic personal presence.

Cassie was certified by Joseph Pilates’ renowned  protégé, Romana Kryzanowska, in 2007 at True Pilates New York, and was certified in the Art of Feminine Presence© by creator, Rachael Jayne Groover, in 2011 (level 1), and 2013 (level 2).  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis in 2005, and lives in San Diego with her husband, 2 children, and beloved rescue pups.

 

 

Amanda Lauren’s speciality is teaching you how to understand your body and tap into your intuition when it comes to food and lifestyle choices. Wanting to share this sense of empowerment with others, she left the practice of law and dove into the world of nutrition, biohacking, functional medicine, and clean living. Amanda eventually enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she earned her health coach certification. She has since received extensive functional nutrition and functional labs trainmen under the Institute for Functional Medicine-trained practitioners and experts.

There is no one size fits all approach to health. Your struggles and goals are unique, as is your body’s chemistry, hormones, genetics, and preferences. As a health coach, Amanda’s passion is guiding clients through their own transformation, so they too can have the body emotional state, and life they deserve.
